BOOKING
Clients can make bookings through multiple convenient channels, including phone calls , WhatsApp messages , emails , by filling out our online reservation form , or even via direct booking on our platform. Please note that a booking is considered confirmed only when DISCOVERY KOMODO ADVENTURE has formally accepted it in writing and issued a confirmation invoice .
It is important to highlight that we do not take any responsibility for varying rates or information that may be provided by external agencies. To avoid any misunderstandings, we strongly encourage all clients to carefully review and verify the booking confirmation letter you receive from us. This will ensure that all details of your reservation are accurate and as agreed upon.

Payment policies:
1. All programs that we offer require a 25% non-refundable down payment to secure your reservation.
2. For air travel services, full payment in advance is mandatory to confirm your booking.
3. Accommodation facilities require a non-refundable down payment equivalent to the charge of one night’s room stay (1N).
Once all bookings are confirmed by DISCOVERY KOMODO ADVENTURE and the designated third-party tour operator, you will receive an invoice for all travel-related services. Payment must be completed by the due date specified on the invoice to avoid automatic cancellation of your reservation.
Please be advised that submitting the deposit signifies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. Your payment options include PayPal, international bank transfers (BCA/BNI/Mandiri), Western Union (USD, Euro, IDR accounts), or cash payments at our DISCOVERY KOMODO ADVENTURE offices.
Kindly bear in mind any bank charges or extra costs resulting from currency exchange differences are the client’s responsibility.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a voucher covering all travel services booked through us, ensuring peace of mind as you embark on your journey.
CANCELLATION BY THE COSTUMER
Client may cancel the reservation at any time, provided that the cancellation is communicated directly to us.
Please be advised that cancellation charges will be applied according to the following policy:
- For air travel services, a charge of 100% of the total cost will apply, or depending on the class fare applied to the ticket.
- If cancellation occurs between 60 to 15 days prior to the scheduled travel date, you will forfeit the down payment, which is 25% of the total amount.
- If cancellation occurs between 14 to 05 days prior to the scheduled travel date, 50% of the total travel cost will be charged.
- If cancellation occurs within 4 days or on the day of travel, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
We understand that plans can change, and we encourage you to notify us as early as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.
CHANGES/CENCEL By DISCOVERY KOMODO ADVENTURE
Discovery Komodo Adventure company’s motto Reasonable Price all for Your Convenience. Based on this motto, Discovery Komodo reserves the right at any time to cancel or changes of any facilities, services or prices described in our website and to substitute alternative arrangement of comparable monetary value or charges a supplement locally if alternative arrangements cannot be made without compensation to the client due to prevailing local conditions or any other reason. Where a major changes is made prior to departure, client may choose :
- Accepting the changes and alternative arrangements with or without compensation to the client or with a refund of the difference in price.
- Cancelling the tour and obtaining a full refund
CANCELLATION BY Discovery Komodo Adventure
Please be advised that cancellations may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather and sea conditions, or other force majeure events. These circumstances may arise with or without prior notice. In the event that we must cancel the tour prior to departure, you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid for the tour. Where the running tour is interrupted by circumstances beyond our control, refund amount should be calculated what is deemed to be a fair proportion of the tour cost.
INSURANCE
The client must take out suitable travel insurance in order to take part in a tour organized by DISCOVERY KOMODO ADVENTURE. DISCOVERY KOMODO ADVENTURE doesn’t provide any insurance. The client is wholly responsible for arranging adequate insurance coverage for medical expenses arising from illness or accident during the trip, as well as for the loss of holiday money due to cancellation and curtailment of the holiday for insurable reasons.
FLIGHTS
All departure and arrival times provided by the airline are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, or operational or maintenance requirements. Discovery Komodo Adventure is not liable for any changes to the flight schedule. Discovery Komodo Adventure is not responsible for any losses suffered if the client is delayed and misses any flights.
